Defective tumbler
- Bought a set of 2 tumblers from HSN.
- One lid won't close, causing spills.
- The second tumbler was a gift; product is no longer available.
I bought a set of 2 tumblers on HSN December 9 and received them a week later. In 2 weeks, I've got a problem with one of them.
I can't close the lid completely. I already spilled the water 2 times. This problem makes it impossible to use. The 2nd one from the set was supposed to be a gift, but I am not sure now.
Unfortunately, HSN does not have this product anymore. Very disappointed.

Lighted wreaths not working properly
- Two battery-operated wreaths (24 and 36 inches) have dim lights on the right half.
- Lights flicker when handling to turn them on and off, and the customer asks for a fix.
I bought 2 wreaths from Improvments, a 24" and a 36". Battery operated.
With both of them, the lights on the right half of the wreath are much dimmer than the lights on the left half, and they flicker when you handle the wreath to turn it on and off.
Must be a common problem. How do I fix it?

- Product is broken and support numbers were invalid.
- The replacement has a smaller capacity and not enough ice for gatherings.
Broken product! I tried calling phone number was not valid.
Called HSN and got another # for the manufacturer. That number was also invalid. Called HSN again explained my dilemma. They sent me a new unit.
The replacement one has a smaller capacity than my original one. Now I don't have enough ice for my friends and family at meal time etc.
