Not only did this company kindly take my phone order and never ship my item they also Never called, emailed, or mailed me to inform me it was never coming. Worse yet they did this twice to me..On May 16th I ordered a custom sunscreen for my Husbands small truck.

It was advertised in their summer preview 2016 catalog. Thought I was ahead of the game ordering it before the hot summer began in New England. Was informed by Bill that it was a custom order and would take 2-3weeks. Catalog states 2weeks.

Today I called as its been 5 weeks and learned that the order was cancelled. No one (including the supervisor) could tell me Why or When they cancelled my order. And, to really add insult to injury couldn't give me an explanation of why no one at this company had the courtesy to contact me and let me know the item was not going to arrive period! So the first person I spoke to gave me a reply of "they just can't call everyone" and I was suppose to get an email!

I didn't! Supervisor gave me some rediculous reason that the software they use doesn't have those options! Really! Now I understand stuff happens, lack of communication, order takers just don't give a dam, but this happened to me last summer, by this same catalog company.

They took my order, took my credit card info, gave me an ETA! Several weeks later after waiting and waiting for my package (which was a wedding shower gift btw) never arrived! Upon calling CS I was given the same story I was given today! Your order was cancelled, don't know why, don't know when, And most importantly, no one bothered to inform the customer...This is unfortunately Improvements Catalogs practice and they don't care..

They had no problem in continuing to send catalogs every week, sometimes twice per week! They have no problem emailing me specials etc on a daily basis for the past 5 weeks! While I sat expecting my item that they knew was not coming and I had no idea! After giving them a second chance!

Never again! Just so discusted with the lack of integrity and customer service ..And no, had nothing to do with credit card issues!

I have An 850 credit score and my card use is paid in full every month.
